This is one of the most powerful electric chainsaws on the market, it has a 2,000w motor that is fitted lengthways allowing the body of the machine to remain compact, ideal for tight work. The machine also benefits from excellent balance which reduces effort during use, the handle has a rubberized grip which reduces vibration and gives greater control helping to reduce the risk of wrist injury. Fitted with Makita's SafetyMatic® chain brake as standard which stops the chain in a fraction of a second in the event of kickback or power outage and automatic chain lubrication ensures the correct amount of oil is dispensed on the chain and bar.

The UC4030 also features tool-less blade change which allows both the chain and bar to be adjusted without the need for tools.

This is a fully professional electric chainsaw that can be used both at work and around the home, it is supplied here in a heavy duty steel carry case, 1 x 40cm bar, 2 x chains, 1 litre of chain oil, sharpening kit and glove/goggle kit.
