The Makita SG1250 single speed, 125mm diameter diamond blade wall chaser is fitted with a whopping 1400watt motor and a constant speed under load mechanism to maintain a constant cutting speed. Fitted with 2 high quality diamond blades allowing for 2 parallel cuts to be made, the SG1250 has a variable cutting depth off 0 - 30mm and a variable cutting width of 6 - 30mm allowing for both cables and pipes to be sunken. Once the cuts have been made it is just a matter of chiselling out the inner section of the chase. Chasing has always been a dusty application so Makita have improved the efficiency of the guard and when connected to a suitable dust extractor the Makita SG1250 is a very proficient machine.
