The Makita SC161 18v single speed rebar cutter has now taken the effort out of cutting rebar. With a capacity of 6 - 16mm and weighing 12kg this is now an alternative to the bolt cropper. With the power being supplied by the ever reliable Makita 18v motor it now takes only 4.5 seconds to cut a 16mm bar. Supplied as standard with 2 x 2.6ah Ni-Mh batteries, charger and carry case.
