The Makita HR5211C single speed variable, rotary demolition hammer has an unprecedented 1500watt motor and weighs a mere 11.6kg. The HR5211C has a low vibration rating of just 12.5m/sec2 in drilling mode and a very low 11m/sec2 in hammer mode when used with the D shaped side handle. The powerful 1500watt motor will cope with the most demanding of construction jobs from drilling with a solid masonry bit up to 52mm diameter or 160mm with a TCT core bit. With its whopping joule rating of 19.7joules this machine will easily cope with breaking up concrete floors, removing old floor tiles and knocking through walls for door and window openings. The Makita HR5211C is fitted with a torque limiter which is designed to protect both the user and machine when drill bits or core bits become jammed and with Makita's anti vibration technology fitted to the machine, the feeling of vibration in the hands and arms is greatly reduced.
