The Makita HR4001C single speed variable, rotary demolition hammer drill is fitted with an 1100watt motor and a constant speed control switch to maintain the speed when under load. Producing a maximum no load speed of 265rpm and a maximum blows per minute of 2700bpm coupled with its powerful punch rated at an impressive 9.5joules, the Makita HR4001C is equally at home drilling large holes, up to 40mm with a solid drill bit, 105mm with a TCT core bit or fitted with a point or chisel for removing render from the outside of a building or breaking up shallow concrete floors. The Makita HR4001C is packed full of features including 2 lights that are situated on the barrel, one too advise you of power to the motor and a second light to warn you that machine requires a service.
