The HR3000C SDS+ rotary hammer is a 4kg mid range machine which is ideal where the workload is too much for a standard 2kg SDS+ drill to cope with comfortably. It features 5.3 Joules of hammer power which is twice that of a standard 2kg machine making ideal for drilling larger solid holes up to Ø30mm or cores up to Ø90mm. The hammer only mode switches off the rotation and allows for chiselling which is very handy for light chasing, electrical box sinking and other tasks such as tile removal and the rotary only mode allows for non hammer drilling of steel and timber and diamond core drilling. This is a well balanced machine with a "D" shaped back handle and 360° front handle for left and right handed operation which also incorporates a depth stop for precision drilling.
