The Makita DF030 10.8v Li-Ion 2 speed variable, reversible, electronic brake switch cordless drill is one of the new breed of 10.8v cordless drills sweeping the nation. With the introduction of Li-ion batteries and the latest motor technology you will be surprised by how compact these machines are. Unlike conventional cordless drills this machine does not have a chuck but a female ¼" hex holder which will take screwdriver bits and other accessories with the reduced power hex shank fitting. Weighing a mere 880grammes and with such capacities of 10mm in steel and 21mm in wood and an impressive 24Nm of torque these machines are a joy to use.
