The DCS4301 chainsaw is a fully industrial tool suitable for farmers, contractors and heavy domestic use.

Featuring Makita's "Easy Start" mechanism and electronic ignition ensuring quick starting and smooth running at all times. Thanks to the M2M vibration dampening technology this machine can be operated for prolonged periods and the hands are kept steady for less user stress and greater cutting accuracy. The DCS4301 is both well balanced and lightweight (4.7kg) compared to the power of the machine and the safety brake system stops the chain in an instant in the event of "kick back".
