This single speed variable belt sander is fitted with a belt size of 75mm x 610mm giving you a larger sanding area. With its flush side design the sander will sand right to the edge so making it ideal for the edges of floors and stair treads alike. Weighing a mere 4.5kg this heavy duty tool can be used for long periods of sanding, fitted to the underside of this machine is a cork/carbon wear pad to aid the smooth running of the abrasive belts. The removal and fitting of the abrasive belts could not be any easier, positioned on the side of the sander is a lever, when pulled the tension on the rollers are released and you are able to fit/remove the belts, when the lever is released tension is applied to the belt once more.
