This new generation of dust extractors from Makita take some beating, with an increased suction rate and power take off capacity to name just a few. These M series of dust extractors meet the high standards of dust extraction as required by a M rated machines, fitted with a heavy duty PET filter offering a high performance and an automatic filter cleaner, these new dust extractors are suitable for use on MDF, wood and metal fragments. Due to its unique design the 447M series of extractors has a built in audible blockage warning sound that sounds if the airflow reduces below the required minimum 20mtrs per second. The increased power on the power take off facility know enables the industrial 110v user the chance to use a far greater range of tools plugged into the socket on the front of the extractor, on the earlier models this feature was restricted to 700watts on 110v but this has now been increased to 1750watts allowing the use of the larger circular saws, table saws and belt sanders. When a tool is plugged into the front of the extractor the dust extractor will turn on when switching on the power tool and on turning off the power tool there is a slight delay in the extractor turning off allowing for all of the dust to be removed from the hoses.
