The Makita 3708FC single speed variable, ¼" collet trimmer has just about everything on it to make it a leader in the trimmer market. Incorporating all the features of the other trimmers in the Makita range, clear sub base for a perfect view of the work piece and fitted with a job light that illuminates the work piece, the Makita 3708FC also boasts a variable speed switch and tilting base. The variable speed switch will offer a better finish when using it on materials other than wood, such as acrylics and the tilting base will help with those difficult chamfering jobs and irregular shape work pieces, making it altogether a king among trimmers.
